What It Looks Like to Work Together
A simple, guided process so you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
Most therapists don’t need a complicated website process.
They just need something clear, supportive, and easy to move through.
This is designed to feel structured- but still flexible enough to meet you where you are.
01. You reach out
You’ll fill out a quick inquiry form so I can get a sense of your practice and what you’re looking for.
From there, I’ll send over a short questionnaire and a menu of services so you can explore what feels like the right fit.
This gives you a clear sense of options without needing to figure everything out upfront.
02. We get aligned
Once you’ve had a chance to look things over, I’ll send a contract along with a few times for us to connect.
We’ll hop on a 20–30 minute call to talk through your vision, your work, and what you want your site to feel like.
03. I create your first mockup
From there, I’ll design an initial version of your site based on everything we discussed.
This gives us something real to react to- which is usually much easier than starting from scratch.
04. We refine together
You’ll review the design and share any edits or shifts you’d like to make.
We can either hop on another call or keep things simple over email- whatever feels easier for you.
05. Final edits + handoff
Once everything feels right, I’ll make final adjustments and get your site ready to go.
Then I’ll transfer everything over so it’s fully yours- clean, organized, and ready to use.
Timeline
Most projects are completed within 1–2 weeks once we get started.
What you don’t have to worry about
You don’t need to:
have everything perfectly written
know how to structure your site
understand SEO or backend setup
That’s part of what I guide you through.
Investment
Most projects fall between $900–$1,800, depending on what you need.
You’ll receive a clear menu of options early on, so you can explore what fits without needing to decide everything upfront.
Most clients don’t come in knowing exactly what they need- that’s something we figure out together.
